• specifications, materials, tooling, and designs may be changed without prior notice;
• colors may vary because of lighting, photography, and display settings;
• dimensions, electrical characteristics, mechanical performance, and other data may be subject to stated or reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
• certifications, compliance marks, and test reports apply only to the specific products, models, configurations, and production conditions identified in the relevant documents; and
• product suitability and compatibility depend on the customer's application, equipment, wiring, operating environment, and other conditions.

Before ordering or using a product, customers must verify the model, drawing, dimensions, pin configuration, mating components, electrical ratings, materials, applicable certifications, and fitness for the intended application. Samples, approved drawings, or written specifications should be used where exact compatibility is critical.

5. Quotations, Orders, and Availability #

Any price, quotation, estimate, lead time, minimum order quantity, tooling charge, production schedule, or availability information displayed or communicated through the Website is subject to written confirmation.

Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the relevant quotation. Prices and schedules may change due to material costs, exchange rates, shipping expenses, taxes, duties, customization or tooling requirements, order quantity, or other relevant factors.

An order becomes binding only after it has been accepted or confirmed by ChengYu Tech in writing and any stated deposit or payment condition has been satisfied. Product specifications, packaging, payment terms, delivery terms, inspection requirements, warranty terms, and other transaction-specific conditions are governed by the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.

We may reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of pricing or specification errors, insufficient stock, production limitations, failed payment, suspected fraud, sanctions or export-control restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.

6. Product Selection, Installation, and Safety #

Products must be selected, installed, wired, operated, inspected, and maintained by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications, instructions, equipment requirements, safety standards, and laws.

Users must not operate products beyond their specified voltage, current, power, temperature, mechanical load, environmental, mating-cycle, or other performance limits. Power connectors must not be connected or disconnected under load unless the applicable product documentation expressly permits it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChengYu Tech is not responsible for damage, malfunction, loss, or injury resulting from incorrect product selection, incompatible mating components, improper wiring or installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or operation outside specified conditions.

7. Intellectual Property #
