Can you customize my products or put my logo on your products?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. Please inform us formally before production.
Do you have any MOQ for trial order?
No MOQ requirement.
Can I get free sample before order?
Free Sample is available, but the sample freight should be pay by you.The cost of sample will be refund after further order.
What's your terms of payment?
30% T/T in advance,balance before shipment.
What's the lead time ?
Usually, sample orders takes 1-2 business days. For mass production, it largely depends on order quantity. Please let us know your requirement, we will do our best to deliver the goods in time.
What about the shipping methods?
For small or urgent orders, door-to door courier delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT is recommended; for large orders, sea or air transportation is recommended.
